Terms and Conditions Abutigel — Complete Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and abutigel ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your access to and use of the abutigel website, mobile app, and all services provided under the abutigel brand.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of associated funds, and legal action where necessary.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Abutigel recommends the following measures:

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, at least 8 characters long.
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of protection.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Abutigel shall not be held liable for losses incurred due to unauthorised use of your account if such use was caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Abutigel reserves the right to suspend or close a user account for reasons including:

• Violation of any term within this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• Inability to verify identity or account information during the KYC process.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.
• Unusual account activity indicating a possible security compromise.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid net balance (after deducting ineligible bonuses and wins from fraudulent activity) will be returned once the verification process is complete.

Abutigel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Temporary service interruption or suspension due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

• Data loss or damage resulting from user device failure or internet connectivity issues.
